What does "visca" mean? 
I tried googling the word, but all I seem to find is soccer teams related things in Spain!
The person who said it is not from Spain either, he's South American.
So, any ideas anyone?

yes, I could see he is from not from spain, we dont use tomar this way, here, it means drink - 00494d19, Aug 6, 2010
