I don't know if there's a one-word term for them in Spanish, but for those who don't know what they are, this is what they look like. You partly cook a marshmallow over a campfire or grill, then put it on a graham cracker topped with a chocolate square, which partly melts, then add another graham cracker to the top. Mmm. Ya tengo hambre.

I didn't know what it was until I moved to the US. I'm pretty sure there is not a word. You'll have to describe them.

That's right. Smores are very much a US campfire invention. People outside the US may go as far as roasting marshmallows (malvaviscos) on a fire, but you have to explain the bit about the Graham cracker and the Hershey's chocolate - ... - Gekkosan, Aug 5, 2010
