What would be the best way to translate Subpart to spanish?

We could give you a better answer if we knew the context of the term "subpart."

You could say "la parte inferior" or "la parte subordinada". You could even try "sub-parte". If this is a legal term (as in a section of a contract), then all bets are off. I have almost no knowledge of legal terms in Spansih.
