how does "lo que yo fui lo pueden olvidar" translate to "what i can remember?" I am an advanced spanish speaker and have just finished Spanish 4 at college so I understand all the grammar and stuff. This one just threw me off..In school right now to be a teacher with a spanish as double major...

"What I was, you can forget," or, to put it how we might normally say it, "You can forget who I was (before)."
