How do you say, "Tell me if you need anything?" "Digame si tu necesitas alguna cosa?"

I want a simple translation to know that this is the correct way to structure this sentence: "Tell me if you need anything." I think it should be "Digame si tu necesitas alguna cosa." (Don't know how to make accent marks on this computer) Feedback?

Rockdown's right. You also don't need the pronoun.

Dime si necesitas algo - familiar

Dígame si necesita algo - formal

You can use algo in place of alguna cosa. That is simpler... and if you use digame, you are using the formal command form, so you should also use necesita (the formal form).
