I'll give it a try. But to be honest, without the English version it is hard to say if you are getting across the idea you have in mind.

Intercambio de Softball Entre (I'm not sure what you mean here) de (possibly, depending on what you mean) Agosto 2010. Muchas gracias a la familia silva y a todos que participaron en esta actividad. Ha sido un orgullo (pride? Perhaps try "honor" or "privilegio") compartir con todos (en-delete) nuestro viaje a yauco (yauco?). Esperamos que vuelva suceder otra vez, muy pronto.

Look up the definition of Intercambio and Entre to be sure that's the idea you are after. And I'm not sure what you mean about that last part 'vuelva suceder otra vez'. Are you trying to say "We hope we can do this again real soon."? If so, then you could try "Esperamos que muy pronto podremos volver a hacerlo."
