How do you learn to spell in Spanish?

How do you learn to spell in spanish. I can never seem to be able to spell in spanixh or sound out words.

I made homemade note cards and that helped me learn spanish fairly quickly

The more you read and the more you write your cards, the easier it will become. I for one find it easier than some of our English rules like h only sometimes silent, or I before E except after C or when sounding like A in neighbor and weigh.

Do a lot of reading and the spelling will come to you naturally. It is the same in any language.

On the whole as a phonetic language it is much easier than english spelling.
