"Estoy para hoy"
what's the meaning of "estoy para hoy"?

I am not aware of any such expression. Literally it would mean I am for today which is a pretty meaningless thing to say.
However, SpanishDict's on site teacher Paralee, does use an expression at the end of her lessons:
Es todo para hoy = That's all for today (now)
I hope that this helps ![]()
I think this is not grammatically correct, but I've heard it before.
It means "I'm available today", but you should give us more context. It can be a misspelling, as Feliz said.
Could it be
Es para hoy, or está para hoy, meaning it's for today, like a restaurant booking?
