The Various Forms of 'Tener' & Their Usage

Are these three correct?

  • Cuántos platos tenemos? = How many plates do you guys have? (Group Only)
  • Cuántos platos tiene usted? = How many plates do you have? (Formal)
  • Cuántos platos tienes? = How many plates do you have? (Informal)

Also, Is there a different way of saying the first one? Without using tenemos (same word though, tener, but differently?

Thanks,
