1. Sobrevivo por pura ansiedad.

2. Estoy hecho a tu voluntad.

3. I survive through pure anxiety, I survive even though I have anxiety, I live through adverse, anxious condions, It is anxiety that causes me to survive. I'm not sure what she means. Seems like "I survive through the pure power of raw anxiety".

4. I am made to your willpower. I was made to order just to fulfull your will / I was made just for the fact to serve your will? I only exist in order for your will to be served? You made me what I am with your willpower? It is your willpower that made me what I am? Gracias.

It is just a song. You are free to give what ever meaning you want. You would have to place the whole song in the forum for one to be able to make a guess. Just enjoy the song.

Would have to hear the whole song to be sure, but the first phrase could mean that this person's every waking moment is consumed with this other person, and that he or she is living in fear that they may be left or rejected. The second line says that the person only lives to serve the other person.
Hmmm.....a bit overwrought and over the top....I'll bet it won't last.....
