Judge Joke
Mamá, en la escuela me dicen juez. ¿Por qué? ¡Silencio!, en la sala las preguntas sólo las hago yo.
Mama in school they call me a judge Why? Silence, in the room I am the only one who asks the questions.
Is the joke that in school he asks a lot of questions but doesn't give any answers and that is why they refer to him as judge? - George

The joke is that when his mother asks him why he changes roles abruptly and goes from converstional to imperial... it would be funnier I guess if you imagine a young boy speaking with his mom....
I agree with Jeremias. The boy comes home from school and tells his mother that everybody calls him judge. His mother asks him "why?" and that is when he says "Silence, in the room I am the only one who asks the questions."
My understanding is that the little boy asks his mother - Why do they call me The Judge at school? And the mother replies in that tone 'Silence... ' So he has taken the example of the mother and does the same at school that she does at home....
