En cuanto tengas oportunidad.
Cuando tengas chanca.... is what I often hear around here, but it is only used for Mexican Spanish from what I hear whereas oportunidad is more common for the rest of the world, and some of the world says "chance" apparently. En cuanto / Tan pronto como = As soon as. Cuando = When. If you are curious about the word "chanca" it is usually mispelled as "chansa".

Edit: Is it slang to pronounce chance as chanca? I don't think so, my tutor is very well versed and educated and she uses chanca. She is one of those girls that will only use very proper Spanish and doesn't associate with "ruffians" as she calls them. So, I guess chanca is regional around Texas. I wonder if other people here chance. You know, I;m gonna ask my teacher today at Class. She is from Monterey Mexico so I wonder what she will say. Gracias.
Cuándo puedas - I think it should be subjunctive, it's in the future, right...
"Cuándo puedes." is also possible.
