Aside from "estoy de acuerdo contigo". What about with quedar? Like "Quedo contigo" does that work? Or with coincidir? Coincido contigo? Are these right? Any other ways? Gracias.

De acuerdo is a common short form of your first phrase. Claro (short for claro que sí) is another common phrase.

Quedar en + the infinative = to agree upon something. por supuesto I think is another expression of agreement, and por cierto.

Concidir is synoym for estar de acuerdo, but it also means agree in the sense of to match.

Coincido contigo = I agree with you - KevinB, Aug 1, 2010
So it does mean I agree with you? I feel like these are conflicting answers. Gracias. - jeezzle, Aug 1, 2010
It means coincide, which could mean to agree with or to line up with. - KevinB, Aug 1, 2010
