I have completed an Apartment for Rent Flyer and would like everyone's impute.

They flyer has pictures and the words are positioned differently than I have done here. My main target area are those from Mexico. Have I chosen the correct words?

How does it look? Am I on the right track?

is the parking lot covered too? We need the English part

I would change "de cocina" to just "cocina" and "el comedor" to "comedor" (often the charge for advetisement is per/word.

As for your "screened in front porch", I have no idea except to say, in my experience "sotano" means "basement".
