Le atenderé a usted personalmente.

Le atenderé a ella personalmente.

Le atenderé a él personalmente.

Le can't refer to "it" you would have to change to lo/la.

Actually, these all look like leísmos to me. Was the sentence said by someone in Spain?

Lo atenderé a usted personalmente looks just as correct to me. Le only seems correct because in English we say attend to you. If you translated it as "wait on" then the d.o.p. seems more reasonable.
