Actually, I don't think that it means "yo" there because in spanish a sentence like " I like singing" doesn't exist. Because in spanish the thing you like does the action. You do not do anything but in english yes, you do the action by liking it. Although we need to translate it like that , we cannot say that "a mi" means "yo" because it is not. It's the logic of the sentence " It seems good to me" the THING does the action.

Con verbos de sentimiento (gustar, horrorozar, encantar...) significa "yo".
Por ejemplo: A mi me gusta cantar
