My Awesome Colloquialism

My Awesome Colloquialism

Today, I discovered something amazing. We use a phrase, "Ready Freddy!" in english to let someone know that we are ready to go/do somewhere/something. When speaking with my Colombian friend, I used this phrase to let him know I was ready to leave the apartment for work (we share rides). He replied with... "¡Listo Calixto!". It was at this point that I discovered a new idiomatic expression that I wanted to share with everyone. ¡Disfruten!

Heard it in California from someone from Mexico. I was sure he had made it up! Guess not.
