Off Street Parking
I am trying to translate "Off Street Parking".
I am translating an Apartment for Rent flyer and in this area having Off Street Parking is huge extra.
When I try to translate it myself, I am getting:
Fuera de la calle or De estacionamiento de Calle or Del estacionamiento de la calle
Am I even close?
Thanks!

How about: "Estacionamento incluido"?
Estacionamento = parking lot incluido = included
You could also use the word "reservado" - reserved.
Or another way could be: "Inclye estacionamento reservado". - Includes reserved parking lot.
"Incluye estacionamento reservado". - Includes reserved parking lot.
Good idea, peter, maybe we can add exterior so as not to confuse the customers who might expect an underground parking place.
"Incluye estacionamento exterior reservado"
delete-better answer already made.
Parking on the street is public parking. It's why you can get a ticket or be towed for parking too far from the curb, parking during restricted hours/overnight, during emergency snow conditions, on the wrong side of the street if narrow streets have scheduled days for which side that you can park on, etc.
Off street parking is private parking. That's why when someone sideswipes your car in your local Walmart's parking lot the police may refuse to get involved. I would take petersenkid2's suggestion and make the distinction between public and private parking, rather than on-street and off-street parking.
