I realize what it means " whith whom do I have the pleasure " but I want to learn how to spell it in spanish and also is there another translation?

You have it pretty close. You just need a tilde on "quién" plus the punctuation marks. You're translation is also correct. When someone call you on the phone and doesn't introduce him/herself, you could use this expression.
