Hello, I need help.

Please can someone translate this into Spanish.

I called FedEx, they told me that at all locations in Mexico. If a package is sent as a pickup. If not collected in 5 days. It will be taken to a Lost and Found then Destroyed.

I don't want this to happen, can a close friend or family member pickup?

I need the full name of that person

It''s a long one, sorry.. but thats my problem and need to explain to my friend, my Spanish is not great and will mess up some parts of it.

Hablé a Fedex de México, y me dijeron que un paquete que ha sido enviado para ser recogido en persona, si está en depósito más de 5 días, es enviado al almacén de objetos perdidos, y luego destruído.

No quiero que esto suceda. ¿Podría un familiar o un amigo recogerlo?

Of and by itself, "Cuando El Destino" is difficult to express in english because it is not a complete sentence. But the title of this literally means "When Destiny..." In other words, fill in the blank after that. Because of culture, in spanish its meaning is more evident.

Only examples: "When Destiny...Brings Us Together" or "When Destiny...Makes It Impossible", or "When Destiny...Separates Us"

In this particular song's lyrics, the fill-in the blank is about when destiny separates two people and one of them seeks emotional revenge on the other.

Llamé a FedEx, y me dijieron que en cada lugar en México, si un paquete debe ser recogido, hay que recogerlo en cinco dias. Si no, el paquete será entregado a una coleccion de paqeutes perdidos, y destruido.

No quiero perder mi paquete. Se puede recogerlo un miembro de familia, o amigo?

Necesito el nombre completo de esa persona.
