I work in a call center and I hear agents telling the customer they're sending them "Un sobre acolchado prepagado" and was wondering if there's a better way to say padded prepaid envelope?

Hi, ejperez, and Welcome to the Forum. "Un sobre acolchado prepagado" translates out to a prepaid envelope.

That sounds pretty good. Let's hear what the others think.
