¿Podrían ayudarme entender esta frase? Lo encontré en este contexto:

"En los desiertos no sólo hay arean, también hay tierra, pero suele ser muy salitrosa como para que haya vegetación."

Aquí está mi mejor tradución:

In deserts there's not just sand, but dirt too, but it's usually too salty for vegitation to grow.

Como para que + subjuntivo = Para + infinitivo

Sinonimos: para, de, que

En ingles: as to, to + verb.

En su frase: muy salty to grown green.

Possibly something like this.........

In the desserts there is not only sand, there is also soil, but the surface is too salinitrous for there to be vegetation.
