Welcome to the forum. We try to use proper grammar, spelling, capitalization and punctuation here, since many members are English learners.

There are dictionaries and translators here. The translators will get you started, but double check their answers. That goes for the human ones as well as the automatic ones.

That said, Where is he? = ¿Dónde está? You could add él to the end of that, if you need to clarify the "he" part.

Is he called Wally in New Zealand? In the US he's called Waldo. - MacFadden, Jul 26, 2010
Yes, he has different names in different countries. Check out the Wiki on him. - revmaf, Jul 26, 2010
Yes he's called Wally here and we also use 'wally' as a generic name for someone who acts rather stupidly - poor Wallace, our apologies :p - Kiwi-Girl, Jul 26, 2010
Well, well, there you have it. I wonder why they think he needs a different name in the US. Did some survey decide that Americans respond better to characters called Waldo instead of Wally? They both sound very strange as names, at least here. - MacFadden, Jul 26, 2010
And despite Spanish having no letter W and his names in other countries often not containing a W, he is still called Wally in Spain. - MacFadden, Jul 26, 2010
