Where can I find instant medical Spanish translation for a hospital?
We are a hospital in the midwest and need to find an online instant medical translation system so we can translate to other languages medical situations. Is there any voice recongnition Spanish translation programs available?

SOme suggestions will come through. I dictate with a voice recognition system and have used the online tranlators here and both are very fallible. I would be cautious about using them in a medical situation.
Sometimes there are no replacements for actual humans.
I googled "spanish medical dictionary" and "spanish medical translation" and there are lots of resources out there, many of them free. Google it yourself and see which ones you are most comfortable with.

I personally like spanishdict.com for my translations because they usually will give a sentence using it as an example and this will help you know which usage is the one you are looking for.
What I suggest is to open several tabs, have 2 different dictionaries/translators open at the same time, and then check the English term in both of them. If they come up different, check a 3rd one.
Also, always back-translate to help avoid errors. For example, if you put into an English to Spanish translator the term "myocardial infarction" and you get as a result "infarto de miocardio", you should then type in a Spanish to English translator "infarto de miocardio" to verify that you get the original English term.
