They have clear English explanations of medical terms with possibilities of Spanish interpretations at the bottom of the page.

acrocordon, apendice cutaneo seemed most applicable to the benign skin growths I think you are referring to.

En mi pais igualmente la llamamos verrugas (warts), aunque no son exactamente lo mismo, pero parecido.
