Hello Interprete I googled "skin tag" and found the site: http://familypracticenotebook.com
They have clear English explanations of medical terms with possibilities of Spanish interpretations at the bottom of the page.
acrocordon, apendice cutaneo seemed most applicable to the benign skin growths I think you are referring to.

En mi pais igualmente la llamamos verrugas (warts), aunque no son exactamente lo mismo, pero parecido.
