How do you say, "Roll up your sleeves"
I looked it up in the translator and it said "Subirse las mangas." I don't think that's right.
I've heard "Lavante las mangas." Would this be a better translation and sound more natural?

Hi, welcome to the forum![]()
subirse las mangas is what we use in Spain.
I'm scared to post this (!) I have heard something like remangarse.... pretend you didn't see this.... haha
arremangarse in this dictionary is to roll up one's sleeves
¡Arremángate la camisa!
Well the wordreference.com dictionary agrees with you Margaret so no need to hide ![]()
to roll up one's sleeves, (ar)remangarse
