How do i write the following sentence in usted form?

I did not like my art teacher very much. What bothered me is that she did not encourage me enough.

The only person that is effected by formal/informal tone is 2nd person (you/your/yourself, etc.). If your sentence contains no pronouns referring to 2nd person it will be the same whether you are speaking formally or informally. Your sentences contain no 2nd person pronouns or verbs conjugated for 2nd person so your sentences are the same whether the conversation is formal or informal.

In other words, in usted form, has no relevance here.
