It's not slang. It's the preterite (past tense) of the verb salir: to leave.

And it has an accent: salió

I think you mean salió, which is the 3rd person sin. gular preterite tense of "salir". "Salir" means "to go out" or "to leave", so "salió" means "she left/ he left/ it left".

Hey! Welcome! As everybody said, "salió" is not slang but maybe you meant "salido" which is slang and means "horny" or "randy".
