**¡Aquí está objeto misterioso numero 42 - resuelto de fontanero!

Esta foto muestra una "parte" de un objeto misterioso de mi vida real.

¿El desafío? - Adivina cuál es el objeto y la funciona del objeto.

(This photo shows a "part" of a mystery object from my life. The challenge? Guess what the object is and the function of the object.

If you can, post in Spanish and English, and, if clues are needed I will post them "along the way" so keep your eyes "peeled". And, a new rule for my game friends - you can post "multiple times" of course but please - one guess per post! That gives everyone "present" a chance to have a "stab at it" and makes it easier for me to follow the thread and the answers. Thanks everyone :o

Hola Lateto, - ciertamente - gran avatars - pero no, este vez, mi OM no es "comida" :( - nonombre, Jul 25, 2010
(But I can see why you would think so - the photo is very "deceptive" :o - nonombre, Jul 25, 2010
Si es "temprano" pero - ¿Quieres otra pista amigo? - nonombre, Jul 25, 2010
Absolutely not ... I want to see other guesses first ...you put to much work into this to just throw it away. And on behalf of the other members, it is frustrating to find a game after it is over... stall! - LateToDinner, Jul 25, 2010
rats ... missed an o in too much work ... - LateToDinner, Jul 25, 2010
I do that ...miss out on "a" letter in a long sentence..."too hard" to go back and fix it :( - nonombre, Jul 25, 2010
Usually I retype, definitely retype if it was somebody's name, and then delete the original - LateToDinner, Jul 26, 2010
Just too tired that time ... also the excuse for the misspelling in the first place. - LateToDinner, Jul 26, 2010

¿Es algo por encima del baño? ¿Sabes lo que quiero decir?

Is it the toilet tank? Maybe with the toilets seat up thus giving it a ruffle?

Gracias Fred - I'll write that phrase down :o - nonombre, Jul 25, 2010
De nada. I may have used it wrong here though, every use I've seen was more of a "I surrender/submit" response. - Fredbong, Jul 25, 2010

I am not sure whether you need an Agriculturist , or Exhortation , but there is something very nasty in the woodshed, .

Soap on a rope? Or an Origami of platted Worms.

Bien hecho fontanero..

My mystery object is a window.

This lovely window with the lead panels is in a waiting room on one of the local railway stations. I am told we call it here a "double-hung sash window".

And just some vocab to finish..

window = la ventana.

waiting room = sala de espera

stained glass = vidrio de colores
