What a wonderful title for a book! Just like "-ito" on the end of a word means "little", you can put "_ote or _ota" on the end of a word to been "huge". The actual title "Cerdota Grandota" is (obviously!) a Dr. Seuss approach to having fun with words and their silly sounds.

I think "Cerdota Grandota" means roughly "How Big is a pig". It is a play on words and rhythms, kinda like Dr Seuss in a way I guess....
