What does "para que" mean in this context please?

You're right, not much help but it does seem it is just 'slap happy' text talk. So you probably have already gotten the idea - just saying that Amsterdam is (for sure) lovely. And it certainly is - when I lived in Europe I visited probably once a month. ¡Buen ambiente!

'para que' is 'for this' but it doesn't really make sense here. Do you have a whole sentence?
