Hi - am I correct to translate this as "eye drops"?

I think you guessed right, however it was misspelled. Somebody dropped a 'p', it should be 'gotas opticas'.

I have not been able to find an English word equivalent to "oticas." Cognates suggest it simply means "optical," but I can't confirm.
