Well I agree, but you know Iza, that I really want to push the envelope into new territory, lo ha hecho is certainly better than lo hizo (I'm dumb lol) but What do you think about "Por suerte Diós" or "Por suerte de Diós" VS Diós mio? Dios mio is too

It's funny you say that....I feel the same way about the expression "OMG." I agree with Silvia that "Por suerte de Diós" seems a bit different than "OMG," and I can't say that I have ever heard it used by anyone as an interjection before. Don't take my word on it though, you would probably be better served waiting on a native to chime in regarding the actual usage.
In the meantime, here are a few similar interjections that I am familiar with that you might want to consider:
