Te ves muy bien también. Common wisdom on this site will tell you not to use personal pronouns, like tú and yo, but I think that when you returning a compliment it can be a good thing to be emphatic about it. Te ves muy bien amiga....¿Ah sí? Tú te ves muy bien también. But like I said most of time it's better to avoid the personal pronouns like yo and tú.
