How would you say: "disburse settlement proceeds due me". This is for a legal document. Settlement meaning "un accuerdo" and proceeds meaning "dinero" (money)

Well, to disburse might not translate DIRECTLY, but you could use desembolsar. So, in other words I think it would go something like,

"Desembolse(n) el dinero del acuerdo que me pertenece."

That might be a little rough but what legal jargon isn't? =p
