Your question is a bit vague, but I will give you a few answers and hopefully one of them will be the one to your question. "I make a blog" isn't how I'd say it in English, I'd say, "I write a blog" or "I have a blog" but, at any rate, the Spanish translation of the first, somewhat awkward phrasing is "Hago un blog." "Puedo hacer un blog" means "I can make a blog." Also, "I managing blog," doesn't really make sense in English. Could you mean "I manage a blog"? This sort of means the same thing as the alternate phrasings I have suggested above, but if you really wanted to use 'manage' you could say "Manejo un blog." Managing a blog would be appropriate if you oversee a blog with several contributors.

I make a blog makes little sense to me in English. How about I publish a blog. I author a blog. I write a blog. Are you trying to say that you handle the technical aspects of creating a blog on a web site? I create blog sites?
