How to describe some symptoms

If someone is trying to describe their symptoms, how would they describe:

  • a cough
  • runny nose
  • stomach ache
  • head ache
  • fever

How would a person ask another what symptoms they have been experiencing in every day language?

My guesses/what I've heard

"Qué tienes?"

"Tengo un tos, una nariz moquienta, un dolor en mi barriga, un dolor en mi cabeza, y una calentura."

For runny nose, I thought for sure that I heard "gripa" or "gripe" used. Can someone shed some light on those words for me? Thank you all!
