Is "¡Deja de!" (with no added infinitive verb) idiomatic for "Stop it!"

"Stop it!" = "¡basta ya!" or "¡Para!" Only "¡Deja de!" not have sense. Have sense: "¡Deja de hacer eso!" or "¡Déjalo ya!" , always "¡Deja de + ..."
