What is prom(promenade) in spanish?

When you say 'prom' I will assume you mean the American custom of high school graduation. In Spanish you could just call it 'un baile de gala para los alumnos'. If you mean a promenade as in a street - then 'paseo' or even 'avenida'. Then we have 'The Proms' which in the UK and other places is a promenade concert 'un concierto de música clásica'. This is a wonderful concert at the Royal Albert and ends with 'The Last Night at the Proms'.
