how do you say "playing" jugar is to play, but idk how to say playing

Jugando is the gerundio (present participle). The infinitive, jugar, can serve as the "ing" noun (English gerund).
Remember that jugar is often followed by "a".
Jugamos al basquetból.
Estamos jugando al fútbol. (present progressive tense) We are playing soccer.
Me gusta jugar al fútbol. (I like playing soccer).
