Dáselo / 'Dálelo'

I know that this word means 'give it to him'. But why is the word 'Dáselo' and not 'Dálelo'?

Are there any other cases where the letter has to be changed in the imeprative?

Thanks :D

Having le lo and le la is not allowed. Whenever you would have le lo or le la, you must change le to se...so le lo becomes se lo and le la becomes se la.
