Demonstrative adjectives modify specific nouns. If there is a noun, it must have gender. If it's just a case that you don't know the gender of the noun, then look it up or you'll probably be incorrect. There is no neuter, demonstrative adjective since the adjective can't be used without a noun to modify.

Demonstrative pronouns have a neuter form (esto, eso, aquello) to address abstract concepts or unknown nouns which we do not know the gender of.

1.me gusta esos zapatos. ?vas a comprarlos? a. no, me quedan grandes. B. si, te quedan muy bien

I like those shoes. Are you going to buy them? a. no, they are too big for me. b. yes, they fit you well.

3.prefiero lo spantalones vaqueros a los pantalones cortos. A. les gustan los pantalones vaqueros. B. te quedan mejor que los pantalones cortos.

I prefer jeans to shorts. A. You (all) or they like jeans. B. They fit you (singular, informal) better than the shorts.

4.?estan estos pantalones a la ultima moda? A. te quedan pequen~os B. me parecen pasados de moda.

Are these pants the latest style? a. They are small on you. b. They seem outdated (passe) to me.

Yes, 5 is A. It uses tú, not les. (ustedes or ellos/ellas)

6.necesito un regalo para joaquin. Voy a comprarle un libro. A. le queda bien. B. Me parece aburrido

I need a gift for Joaquín. I am going to buy him a book. A. It looks good on him/you, but formal you; not informal. B. It looks boring to me. (if she hadn't been using the familiar previously, this could be "you seem bored to me".)
