This spanish guy posted it on my myspace photo, and i typed it in a spanish translator and it gave me nothing . im a bit confused .

Adding "ota" can make something big like "big mama" but in this case it means more like "hot mama" curvy, etc...

Hmm. it sometimes means that mamasota is voluptuous or has a big butt and often said as a piropo.

Yes, I agree, it's a type of piropo, although it's not very respectful, I would say. Agree too about the use of the "ota" suffix. Mama (noun, female) means the mammalian breast, the mammary gland in the female of the species, so mamazota literally means big breast.
