In a lawyers closing argument to the jury, she says:

"Have the people established the proof, beyond a reasonable doubt, to warrant a conviction?"

¿El estado ha establecido la prueba, mas que una duda razonable, para emeritar un condena?

Hi Kemeza. That looks pretty good.

I'd probably use the word "justificar" instead of "ameritar," and "condena" is feminine; therefore, it's "una condena."

Let's wait and see if anyone else on the forum has a better way to phrase the sentence.
