How do you type spanish letters on an America keybroad?

In English we do not use accent marks over some of our letters. Therefore I do not know how to put accents over my letters using an American keybroad. Help me out. GRACIAS!

I think this article suggests using the Spanish International keyboard, but it was written from the perspective of a Spaniard.

Either will get you where you want to go. Either can be used on a standard QWERTY keyboard.
