MS Word cut & paste = missing accents and tildes?

Question

Hello Moderators (and others who may also know),

On 6/24 I posted/pasted a paragraph written in Spanish, which I cut from a Word document. I used my Spanish keyboard, ensuring that the words needing tildes/accent marks had them. However, when I pasted the document, many of the accent marks went missing.

Am I doing something wrong?

Escomilo, that is a shame, i did not bother to correct all those missing accents put me off, sorry.

Can you not directly write it here? Well, or use a spell check once you have added the text?

Hmmmm...sorry you're having trouble with that.

Edit: It seems to work fine for me.
