"Happy Birthday" generally seems to be ¡Feliz cumpleaños! but the Spanish version of the little birthday ditty inverts it:
"Happy Birthday to you,
Happy Birthday to you,
Happy Birthday, dear X,
Happy Birthday to you"
is
"Cumpleaños Feliz,
Te deseamos a ti,
Qué los cumplas en tu día,
Qué los complas feliz."
