Hola, i'm trying to test out of spanish 2 a b and i did some practice assignments from the book. my problem is that i don't understand what the book is asking; I threw all of the directions into a translator and i got nothing that i could understand. Would you put these directions in ENGLISH and give me examples of how to do the problem? If i have an a/ that means an a with and accent mark.

You must choose the right answer according to the question's sense:

  1. Are you sleepy? A) Go to bed B) Don't go to bed.

First, when you type áéíóú¿¡, you can use the box below the typing box. It is pretty hard to read them lol

Más consejos leamos/hablemos escoge el consejo apropiado

1.¿Tienes sueño? (Are you sleepy?)

A. Acuésate (put yourself to bed)

B. no te acuestes (don't put yourself to bed)

2.Te duelen los pies (The feet hurt you) ( You feet hurt)

A. No te quites los zapatos (Don't clear yourself the shoes) ( Don't take off your shoes)

B. Quítate los zapatos (Clear youself the shoes) ( Take off your shoes)

3.Vamos a comer (We're gonna eat)

A.Lávate las manos (Wash yourself the hands) ( Wash your hands)

B. No te laves las manos (Don't wash yourself the hands)(Don't wash your hands)

The section's asking you to choose the appropriate answer for the questions. They're all informal comands.(tú)

The first one is its literal meaning, the second one is its English meaning.

You should let us know what the translator said. The reasons that it was probably unintelligible is that the instructions are just phrases; not sentences.

In case you run into them again on another lesson:

More advice (counsel) Let's Read/Speak Chose the appropriate advice.

As Morbo says: they present a situation/condition and then you pick the appropriate advice for that context.

More advice - Let's read/speak - choose the appropriate advice

I won't give you the answers, but the first part of each one asks a question or states a fact, then you have to choose whether a or b is the appropriate advice.
