The dictionary here gives: plataforma (f) petrolífera

My own dictionary gives: torre(f) de perforación

or, for a platforma at sea: plataforma (f) de perforación submarina

but a native speaker may have another, better term.

Wikipedia agrees with 'plataforma petrolífera', for what it's worth. - MacFadden, Jun 23, 2010
As to the "torre", my nephew worked on an oil rig, and the crew was known as "tower" crew. However, I seem to remember that it was spelled differently - "tour" which would simply be French for tower. - Delores--Lindsey, Jun 23, 2010

Or simply torre petrolera.

The ones in the ocean, however, are often referred to as oil platforms and "oil rig" would be "plataforma petrolífera"
