You would/should say;

¿A qué hora sale el próximo tren para Sevilla?"

the word **para is used rather than por for indicating a destination**

so you were correct when you said/used para

para literally means the train for Sevilla

We must be careful not to assume that the Spanish language/people would use to /a in the same situations as the English do. The English would say to Sevilla but the Spanish use a different construction so we need to learn to follow their example.
